      1. Hi, I’m also having issues making a playlist. I can’t figure out how to make the playlist show up on my mp3. I tried making one in windows media player, but it’s not letting me drag and drop songs. I’m also not seeing an option to save as an M3U file. Please let me know if you can help.

        1. Hi Lindsay,

Really sorry to hear you are having trouble making a playlist on your SanDisk Clip. I have passed on your email and query to our customer service team who should be in touch to talk you through steps and hopefully resolve your issue.

          Thanks,
          Anya

  2. I’d recommend Mp3tag and using a number formula such as 0001, 0002 etc as it does seem to have a problem with pure numbers at times.

  3. Is there a setting on the San Disk Clip Jam to play just one song at a time rather than continuous play one song to another.

    1. Hi Tom, the SanDisk Clip Jam has the option to repeat a song meaning it won’t change to another after it has finished playing. The following options are available during music playback by pressing the options button to access the options menu:

      Add Song to GoList
      Repeat
      Shuffle
      Music EQ
      Delete Song
      Track Info

Hope this information helps, but any further queries let us know.
      Thanks, Anya
