Announced at a press event in London this month, HTC unveiled its latest Google Android device, the HTC Hero, featuring a new user interface called HTC Sense.
The new Sense Interface allows users to customize the device to their needs and give them more access to the information they want at a glance through widgets, customized profiles, and consolidated views of all communication with a contact, whether it be e-mail, text or multimedia message, Facebook status updates, or photos.
The HTC Hero features a 5 megapixel autofocus camera, GPS, Wi-Fi, and a 3.2-inch TFT-LCD display with a 320 x 480 resolution.
The HTC Hero Android phone will launch across Europe in July, followed by Asia, and the US later in 2009.The phone will be available in 7 different colour styles including black, white, yellow, pink, gold, red and turquoise, and will include the much anticipated custom HTC Android user interface 'Rosie'.
The HTC Hero Memory Card Slot also offers up to 16GB of MicroSDHC memory.
