The new Flyer tablet from HTC has now gone on sale on the UK.
Both 3G/Wi-FI and Wi-FI only versions of the seven-inch Android tablet have been released.
It comes with the Android 2.3 Gingerbread version of Google's operating system, but HTC has also incorporated its well-regarded Sense user interface into the tablet.
fFrthermore, the tablet's internal storage (16GB for the Wi-Fi version and 32GB for the 3G/Wi-Fi model) can be expanded with memory cards thanks to the Flyer's MicroSD card slot.
Other features include a 1.5GHz processor, 1GB of RAM, a five-megapixel camera with auto focus and a 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera for video calls.
HTC has also promised to update the operating system to T to Android 3.0 Honeycomb, reports v3.co.uk, but it is unknown when this will arrive.
Meanwhile, HTC's latest smartphone, the Sensation, is due for release in the UK this week (May 19th).
