Apple MacBook Air 13-inch 'is beautifully constructed'22 July 2011 15:42:44
Apple has unveiled its MacBook Air 13-inch, a product that may appeal to those wanting to keep right up to date with the latest releases from the technology giant.
The hardware makes use of the OS X Lion operating system, which promises to provide users with a better experience.
If nothing else, consumers should find they are able to look good using the Mac, something Cnet.co.uk's Andrew Hoyle agreed with.
"The Air is one of the few pieces of tech we get in the office that causes the whole team to gather around and coo in wonder. It's beautifully constructed," he said.
An SD Card slot is also included, as are two USB 2.0 ports, so transferring data to and from the notebook should prove easy.
This follows comments made earlier this week by IDM mobile consultant and digital trainer Rob Thurner, who suggested mobile phones were increasingly being used in place of computers.
