The guys and gals at Expert Reviews have awarded the Lexar JumpDrive Triton with a well deserved 4 out of 5 stars!

The JumpDrive Triton 32GB is a well-built flash drive with a huge 32GB capacity. It has a metal base and a glossy plastic top, and a sliding mechanism means you can slide the USB connector out of the way to protect it when not in use.

The drive is a USB 3.0 model, but works fine with USB 2.0 sockets. In fact, the results in our speed tests were identical whether the drive was plugged into USB 2.0 or USB 3.0, showing the drive's flash memory isn't quick enough to max out the USB 2.0 bus. The drive was extremely quick at reading and writing large files, managing 31MB/s and 25MB/s, but only average with small files, reading at 12.9MB/s and writing at 5.1MB/s.

Verdict: A well-made drive that's quick at reading and writing large files, but it's expensive.
