You can look for products either by category or brand using the left hand menu. If you know what product you are looking for it may be quicker to use the search bar near the top of the page.

Each product has an information page, which can be accessed by clicking on the information icon or product thumbnail image. Some products have downloads available, which are also listed on their information page.

Ordering

When you click ‘Buy’ on a product it will be added to your shopping cart. This means the item is in stock. If you click ‘Buy’ and a product is out of stock, an information box will appear for you to enter your details. As soon as it is back in stock we will inform you by email.

You can delete or adjust the quantity of products in your shopping cart at anytime by going to the checkout. When ready to order go to the checkout, fill in your contact details if a new customer, and select your payment option at the bottom of the screen. You will then be redirected to a secure server where you can complete payment.

Payment and Privacy

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Solo, Delta, and Visa Electron. Our main payment provider is Cybersource, but we also accept payments via PayPal or Amazon Payments.

All payment providers we use adhere to the strictest security measures, so you can be assured of a secure shopping experience. We do not hold any payment card details.

Please note that personal details are never passed onto third parties and they will be used in accordance with the data protection act for which we are registered.

Delivery

Your order will usually be delivered within 3 to 5 working days. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). Special Delivery orders placed before midday Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Please allow 7 to 10 days for international orders.

If you are a registered customer and have a query, login to your MyMemory account, go to My Mail, where you can email us directly. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.

Shopper Discounts and Rewards is a membership scheme that provides online shoppers with the opportunity to save money on purchases from a wide variety of well known retailers.

Through discounts and other seasonal vouchers, members of the Shopper Discounts and Rewards scheme can receive up to 20 per cent off purchases at the online stores of hundreds of these retailers.

My Time Rewards

My Time Rewards is an online programme which provides its members with access to a wealth of discounts and offers for a diverse range of entertainment and leisure activities. This includes money off vouchers for leading hotels, restaurants, spas and beauty centres.

Members can search for vouchers and money off coupons for businesses within their local region and take advantage of additional benefits including Lost Baggage, Event Booking and Journey Delay Protections.
