A SmartMedia card is an ideal storage solution for you on the move. Ultra-slim and compact, it offers a variety of interesting features, e.g. panorama, picture frame or calendar function. All pictures you take can be transferred directly to any computer by using our Flash Path disc adapter, PCMCIA or USB adapter which enables you to download images. Smartmedia cards were the original memory cards used in Fujifilm and Olympus digital cameras. Due to the increase in pixel count, memory hungry movie modes and the limitations of capacity max 128MB, Fujifilm developed the xD-Picture card and moved away from the Smartmedia card. Although no longer freely available, Smartmedia cards are still supported by Fuji film & Olympus.
